Artifact C1 is my Florida license verification and states my title and the date of the original issue date. I chose this to illustrate the longevity of my career as a clinician. Through my practice, I have serviced many diverse populations given that my practice is near a large United States Air Force base. Further artifacts will show trainings as evidence of my multiple theoretical perspectives and evidence-based practices.
Artifact C6 is an example of how I evaluate the effectiveness of counseling with child clients. Other methods used with clients of all ages are self-reports, observations, other psychological assessments (ie, GAD-7, Beck Depression Inventory-2, and Patient Health Questionnaire-9)
